Welcome to Mobile Awareness Products. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of our specialized vehicle safety and customization products.
1. Using Our Website
By accessing this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes related to fleet equipment procurement and technical inquiry. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided by Mobile Awareness Products are valid for 3 months to the date unless stated otherwise. Orders are finalized only upon written confirmation and may be subject to availability of technical components and scheduling for installation services.
3. Payments
Payments for specialized equipment and installation must be made according to the terms specified on your pro-forma or final invoice. Fleet accounts may be subject to credit checks and approved payment windows.
4. Liability
Mobile Awareness Products shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the delay of equipment delivery or installation. It remains the operator's responsibility to ensure vehicle compliance with all UK road regulations post-fitting, we also do not accept liability if the driver checks are not performed prior to the working day.
5. Warranties
Our safety systems and camera products come with standard manufacturer warranties. Installation work performed by our technicians is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of installation.
